If you partake of the paid features, you agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur subject to the payment terms that will be disclosed to you at the time you make your purchase. Subscription fees for SimplySteno Flashcards are NOT refundable if you request to cancel your membership. If we do intend to refund you, refunds will be sent via PayPal only.
